OPEN NOW: K-12 Online Registration

Martinsville Community Unit School District #3 is pleased to offer our community the option to register K-12 students online for the upcoming 2020-21 school year. Online registration will need to be completed through TeacherEase. If you have a student who was enrolled during the 2019-20 school year and did not have TeacherEase access or have forgotten your login information, please email [email protected] for assistance. Online registration will be open from July 20th until July 31st. Login to your TeacherEase account and follow the on screen prompts under Online Registration. 
If you have a student who has not attended school in Martinsville School District and you do not have any other children who were enrolled during the 2019-20 school year, please go to our website,, and click on the New Family Registration link.
Medical forms, as well as other necessary forms for registration, will be available through the online registration process for printing. If you do not have the capability to print these forms during the online registration process, you may pick up copies of the forms at the High School library during on-site registration. 
An on-site registration day is planned for Thursday, August 6th from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the High School Library. Computers will be available to complete the online registration process at that time. Forms will also be available at this time. Please note that face coverings will be required for anyone wishing to register on-site, capacity limits will be adhered to as well as other social distancing measures.
If you have not received an email notification of Direct Certification for the free lunch program, you may complete the Registration Fee Waiver paperwork online by clicking on the Online Free and Reduced Application link through your TeacherEase account. Fill out the necessary information and submit electronically. Upon review of your application, you will be notified by staff at the School District of the status of your Registration Fee Waiver request and approved Lunch Program. Parents are encouraged to fill out the Online Free and Reduced Application early.
Registration fees for Kindergarten thru grade 12 are $50. Class dues for grades 7-12 are $6. The District Technology fee for Chromebooks and Tablets will be $15.00 for Kindergarten thru 12th grade. The high school Drivers Education required car fee is $75 per student. The following classes have a $15 fee: Agriculture, Band, all HS Science Classes, HS Business Classes, Home Economics and Industrial Arts. Resource Management has a $30 class fee. Health Occupations Dual Credit is $400 and other Dual Credit classes are offered at additional costs.
Breakfast prices for Elementary thru High School are $1.25 for students and $1.50 for adults. Lunch prices for Elementary thru High School are $2.85 for students and $3.10 for adults. 
The State of Illinois requires physicals for students who will be entering Preschool, Kindergarten, Sixth grade, Ninth grade and also new students from out-of-state. The State requires students entering Kindergarten, Second and Sixth grades to have dental examinations. Students entering Kindergarten or students enrolling in an Illinois school for the first time are required to have an eye exam. Kindergarten students and any new students entering the district should ensure a copy of their birth certificate and immunization records are on file with the school offices.
The State requires students entering 6th-12th grades to show proof of receiving one dose of TDap vaccine. Any child entering Second or Sixth thru Eleventh grade shall show proof of having received two doses of Varicella vaccine. Students entering grades 6 or 7 shall have one dose of Meningococcal vaccine. All students participating in any school athletics should submit their physical forms.
